Ouroboros tells the story of Diana, a woman who finds herself in a mysterious maze that she must escape. Horrors formerly unknown to her await in the depths of the labyrinth, but she finds an unlikely ally in the other other living human she comes across. However, Diana knows the horrors of mankind and isn't sure who is more dangerous: the man or the monsters that lurk within.

The rest of the story revolves around Diana's disappearance and the futile efforts of her best friend, Artie, and internet slueths to find out what happened to Diana.
